Eggplant + zucchini + potatoes + tomato + onion + 5 beans + parsley + vegan cheese sauce

Soooo good to be eating nooodle souppp :3 In Thailand the serving sizes are tiny around half maybe even a third of what you get if you buy a meal in Australia so I ended up eating two bowls.

I was surprised that this was vegan and didn’t contain any eggs! The yellow colour comes from palm fruit :)

At the time I was still itching for some salad - and this happened to be served on the plate with prawns… So I ended up eating the part that was on the other side of the prawns. It was really fustrating to see all the garnishes and sides of luscious salad untouched and uneaten on the unvegan plates.
