Vegan Yentafo @ Yaowarat (Chinatown, Thailand) : Rice noodles in Red broth
Soooo good to be eating nooodle souppp :3 In Thailand the serving sizes are tiny around half maybe even a third of what you get if you buy a meal in Australia so I ended up eating two bowls.

Kimchi Bibim Guksu
Spicy kimchi korean noodle salad topped with perilla leaves
Usually a thinner noodle is used but I had to make do since I had loooooadss of this noodles! This dish is super refreshing and great for summer!
Vegan Jajangmyeon - Black bean noodles
carrots + onions + zucchini + potato + king oyster mushroom + cabbage + toppings: julienne cucumber + sliced green onions
I used udon instead since there were only super packs of the noodles available.
Ahh one thing I love about korean food is that one dish can be loaded with heaps of veggies!
