Handmade kimchi + tofu + chives + king oyster mushroom dumplings in the process of making. I’ve made it in tortellini fold for steaming and dumpling fold for pan frying.
The dumpling skins were also handmade with both white and wholegrain flour.
Still practicing haha - the toughest part in making the skins is making them all even - especially since I hand rolled them and then keeping them in the same diameter haha - which all pretty much failed but they’re still edible. Just gotta keep practicing folding em :)
Can’t wait to cook ‘em will post em up when I do.
